Refund policy

We understand that people change their minds so we are happy to offer refunds, provided that a request is made in writing to cookingstarsuk@gmail.com or through our website contact form, before the start of a term of classes. Once a term has started, we can no longer issue any refunds. We cannot offer refunds for lessons missed due to illness of your child. We will notify all parents in the event of illness of the teacher and refunds for the missed lesson will be paid within 5 working days of the missed lesson.

Behaviour policy

We aim to create a fun, safe, and respectful environment where all children can enjoy learning to cook. To ensure that every child has a positive experience, we ask all participants to follow our behaviour expectations.

Children are expected to listen to instructions, treat others with respect, and behave in a safe and cooperative manner at all times during the session. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes behaviour that prevents others from enjoying or participating in the class.

If a child’s behaviour becomes disruptive, they will first receive a reminder about our expectations. For persistent behaviour issues, parents or guardians will be informed and a verbal warning will be issued.

If the behaviour continues after a warning has been given, we reserve the right to remove the child from the class and exclude them from future sessions. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

These guidelines are in place to ensure that all children can enjoy a safe, positive, and engaging cooking experience.
